This website is operated by DJRSI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15696456, VAT No. GB470099778). Our registered address is C/O Pip Solutions Limited, Claremont House, High Street, Lydney, England, GL15 5DX. You can contact us at ian@djrsi.uk.

What data we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics tracking, or third-party tracking scripts. We do not collect any personal data automatically through the site.

If you contact us by email or phone, we will hold your contact details and the content of your communication for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and conducting any subsequent business relationship. This data is held securely and not shared with third parties.

Legal basis for processing

Where we process personal data, we do so on the basis of one of the following lawful grounds under UK GDPR:

Legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries, maintaining records of correspondence, and conducting our business activities where these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.

Contract performance — where processing is necessary to perform a contract you have entered into with us, or to take steps at your request before entering a contract.

Legal obligation — where we are required to process data to comply with a legal requirement, such as tax or accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the following rights regarding personal data we hold about you:

Access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure — you may ask us to delete your personal data where there is no compelling reason for us to continue processing it.
Restriction — you may ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
Portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ian@djrsi.uk. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Email correspondence is handled via secure business email infrastructure. We do not store payment card details.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and, where required, notify you directly.

Data retention

We retain business correspondence for up to six years in line with standard UK commercial practice (consistent with HMRC record-keeping requirements). Enquiries that do not result in a business relationship are deleted within 12 months of last contact.

Third-party services

This site uses Google Fonts, loaded directly from Google's servers. Google may collect limited technical data (such as your IP address) when serving these fonts. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com for details.

We do not use any advertising networks, social media pixels, or third-party analytics on this website.

International transfers

We do not routinely transfer personal data outside the UK. Where any third-party service provider processes data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
